Diane brings with her over 18 years of experience in the event marketing sector for Fortune 500 companies and the non-profit sector. Diane’s career spans the gamut from multi-day conferences in New York, Dallas and Vegas to incentive trips in Orlando, San Francisco and abroad.
Purchasing BookRhythm in 2014, Diane and her business partner, Jennifer Needham, combined forces to bring the event marketing industry to both indie and traditionally published authors. Since owning BookRhythm, Diane has grown the company into the literary marketing company it is today. She gives advice and assists authors both new and seasoned in how to “grow their brand” and “how to market their books” amongst other topics.
She will freely discuss with anyone and everyone that will listen, from one on one discussions to rooms full of people; her belief and the company’s belief is simple, “authors and industry professionals should work together and collaborate for the good of the industry as a whole”. Giving advice and assisting younger and new authors is the way to make sure this happens and the only way the industry will change.
